Project Overview: For Kanstak Educación Canina, I developed the visual identity for the Sintoniza con tu perro podcast, alongside a strategic content management plan. This included design, animation, video editing, and handling all content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and their blog.

Challenge:  Kanstak needed a cohesive brand identity and structured content strategy to better connect with its audience and grow its digital presence. The founder, Sonia, needed to organize her educational content, improve video quality, and achieve her growth goals across multiple platforms.

Objective: The goal was to create a unique visual identity for the podcast and manage a comprehensive content strategy. This involved a content calendar, script supervision, video editing, and publishing across all platforms, with monthly growth reports and strategy adjustments.

Methodology:

  1. Content Analysis: Conducted an in-depth analysis of Sonia Villalba’s existing content to identify audience needs and high-impact topics.
  2. Visual Identity Design: Created cohesive branding for the podcast and all social platforms, ensuring consistency in colors, fonts, and style.
  3. Content Calendar Development: Built a comprehensive content calendar based on Kanstak’s educational goals, outlining posts, reels, videos, and newsletters.
  4. Script Supervision & Video Editing: Assisted with script supervision for clarity, and handled video editing to maintain a professional and engaging tone.
  5. Platform Management: Managed content publishing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and blog, ensuring consistency and quality.
  6. Monitoring & Strategy Adjustment: Monthly performance reports were used to optimize the strategy, adjusting content based on audience growth and engagement metrics.

Results:  The new visual identity and strategic management significantly boosted Kanstak’s online presence. We consistently grew on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube followers, with increased audience engagement and loyalty. The optimized content, including reels and newsletters, strengthened the connection between Kanstak’s message and its audience.
